Why can't I download the application when I click on the link?

On some mobiles, WAP-Push is "deactivated" by default.

If WAP-Push is deactivated, you won't be able to receive any download links. (This occurs more frequently with
certain Samsung and Sony Ericsson mobile phones.) Here's how you can easily activate WAP-Push on your mobile:

Samsung: From the main menu go to "Messages", and then to WAP Push/Push permit. Please change the setting to "always".

Sony Ericsson: From the main menu go to "Messages", and then to WAP Push/Push permit. Please change the setting to "always".

Siemens: The HTTP- and JAVA-profiles aren't configured. In Siemens phones the HTTP and Java profile must be configured separately to the normal WAP settings. Please ask a Siemens representative for assistance.

Video and chat are slower than usual. What should I do?

Please note that speed of your connection is affected by the quality of the signal you receive. Try moving to a better signal area, try again later or contact your network operator for assistance.

I can't see any video, what do I do?

It depends - your phone may have incorrect GPRS settings or is not supported, etc. Email or call us on 0871 872 0045 and we'll advise further.

O2 prepaid card users have no access to full GPRS data, unfortunately and that's why they may have a problem with chat. If you use an O2 prepaid card, the best thing to do is either switch to 'contract use' or just turn to O2 for help - they can help to resolve it.

Vodafone customers may have issues with chat if you use incorrect GPRS settings. This happens when your operator has given you WAP settings instead of GPRS. Please call them again and request the GPRS Internet data settings - not WAP.
